Hey Nice Garden was launched in 2004 by Lead Designer/Owner Heather Reid-Johnson with a focus on waterwise landscapes, durable and sustainable materials, timeless design, and exceptional client service.

Services:

We provide all-in design+build services. We work with licensed contractors on medium-large landscapes and provide licensed electricians, plumbers, expert tile setters, and woodworkers.

Our team is with you start to finish.

Budget:

Your budget is important to us! We work with your vision and scope to meet the numbers. We will discuss your budget on our initial consultation so we can design per your budget and expectations.

Design Phase Approach:

During the design phase, we will have ongoing check-ins to make sure you are happy with your final Master Plan Set including:

Dimension Plans, Planting/Lighting Plans, 3D views, and Detail Drawings.

Everything a contractor needs to complete a line-itemed bid per your budget, and if necessary, for permit and HOA requirements.

Install Phase Approach:

I meet onsite with contractors to oversee installations per plan specs. I provide weekly updates to my clients.

I source materials at my Trade discounts.

We wrap with a final-walkthrough, punchlist, and maintenance notes so your landscape thrives.

We work with you to complete your vision and create lovable spaces to be enjoyed year-round.
